4th Annual Walt Gorman Memorial Windshield Repair Olympics will be held during the NACE Show in Las Vegas

Billed as the “world’s collision repair event,” the 2008 International Autobody Congress & Exposition will take place Nov. 5-8 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The four-day event known as NACE will feature a variety of auto glass-related educational sessions, in addition to the Auto Glass Expo on the show floor.

Conference sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 5, and include seminars on “The Insurance/Collision Repair/Glass Shop Interface,” as well as the basics of auto glass replacement.

Prior to the expo opening Nov. 6, retired NFL quarterback Archie Manning will take to the stage in a session titled “Principles for Success.” Attendees also will have the opportunity to participate in the “Understanding and Running a Profitable Auto Glass Business,” session at 4 p.m. the same day.

Rounding out the auto-glass specific educational sessions will be “Limiting Liability in Auto Glass Installations” at 4 p.m. Nov. 7.
