Will the 56100 hook and loop interface pad fit item 5820 120V Professional 3″ Random Orbit Sander. If so, how does it attach to the sander. It also looks like it has a velcro finish to hold sandpaper other than the sandpaper disc.

The 58020 has a 3″ yellow backing plate attached to it and the 56100 3″ interface pad will fit on top of it via a velcro backing.
