Answer:

No, there is no need to have a different viscosity of resin for different climates or break types. Delta Kits Premium Bond 20 and MagniBond resins are formulated for use in all climates and are suitable for all types of breaks.  However, resin viscosity is a matter of preference, which is why Delta Kits and other companies sell so many different viscosities. Some technicians prefer a low viscosity resin in low temperatures and a higher viscosity resin in higher temperatures. Our own technicians use Premium Bond 20 for every break repaired.
