Billing a customer’s insurance may seem like a daunting task, but once you’re set up with the claims processors the hard part is over. The chart below walks you through the major steps involved in getting a claim paid. While each claim processor may have slightly different requirements, this chart will give you a general idea of what happens. It should take between 8 and 10 minutes to process a claim from start to finish.
