UV inhibitors minimize the yellowing and slow down the degradation of the cured resin caused by the sun’s harmful UV rays. Only a poor quality resin would not have a UV inhibitor. A good pit filler is also typically harder and more resistant to wear and scratching than thinner, more flexible resins.
