Premium Pit Resin is Not Curing

I am using part #30290 for pit repair.  The Premium Pit Resin is not curing. Should the product cure on its own, or does it need an additive to harden? Thanks,

When finishing a repair up, you should apply one drop of pit resin, use a curing tab (to block the oxygen), and a curing light (calibrated at 365 nanometers) to properly cure the damage.
