Windshield Repair Person of the Year 2020

During the Mobile Tech Expo in Orlando, Florida, the prestigious award of Windshield Repair Person of the year was granted to one of Delta Kits own. Congratulations Monique Stearn! She is both an outstanding person and an integral part of the Delta Kits team.

Monique, an Account Executive at Delta Kits Inc., has been instrumental in promoting windshield repair tools, products and education throughout the country, encouraging safe practices, proper repair principles and business development.

Mobile Tech Expo selects the Windshield Repair Person of the year 2020 through nominations from windshield repair industry peers.  This person must contribute to product development, mentoring, advocacy or has advanced the industry through other methods.

Many current customers and previous employees of Delta Kits have received the notoriety.  Bruce McDonald held the  2016 title and in 2011, Korey Gobin took home the title during the Mobile Tech Expo in Corpus Christi, Texas, for his ongoing positive contributions to the windshield repair industry. Matt Larson and Jeff Higgins, both previous employees of Delta Kits, were the Mobile Tech Expo’s Windshield Repair Person of the Year as well as multiple customers including Graham Watson and Brian Fenner.

The Windshield Repair Competition (WRO), the “Olympics” of the automotive glass industry, is an international competition recognizing the best windshield repair technician. Not only does this event bring the best in the business together, but it raises the industry standard for repair. Congratulations on your decision to be part of this international competition.

Before competing, all competitors must agree, comply and adhere with all rules and regulations throughout the competition. The decisions of the judges and organizers are both final and without appeal or contestation. Finally, the judges look for proper procedures, and it is up to each competitor to take each step properly.
