A Third Party Administrator (TPA, also referred to as a “Network Provider”) is a company that processes auto glass claims for an insurer such as Allstate, Geico, or Farmers.
Even if you use a billing service, you will still need to contact the TPA via the claims telephone number on the back of your customer’s insurance card. Billing services are an alternative to billing TPAs directly.
